All products sold by Vadilla are covered by the consumer guarantees that apply under U.S. consumer protection law. These guarantees cannot be excluded and exist in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
What's Covered
Goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose they were sold for, and match their description. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to choose a replacement, repair, or refund. For a minor fault, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact us at info@vadilla.com with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos where possible. We will respond within 24 business hours with the next steps.
What's Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or use inconsistent with the product instructions is not covered under warranty.
