Definitions
The following terms are used consistently throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa. These Terms were last updated on 15 July 2026.

Lyvella is the consumer brand of LMTrade, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, selling to customers throughout the United States. All purchase agreements concluded via lyvellashop.com are made with LMTrade.

Products & Pricing
We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Colours may appear differently depending on screen calibration.
Prices & Currency
- Prices are displayed at checkout in USD
- All applicable import duties and tariffs are included in the displayed price — you pay no extra fees on delivery
- We may correct pricing errors before shipment
- Prices no longer change after order confirmation
- Promotional prices apply only for the stated period
Availability
- All products subject to availability
- We may limit quantity per customer or order
- Unavailable products are refunded promptly
- Stock levels are updated in real time
Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed once we send an order confirmation by email.
We may cancel your order if
- payment fails or is declined
- the product is no longer available after ordering
- a significant pricing error is identified
- fraud is suspected
- we are unable to deliver to your address

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of our agreement with you. Orders are shipped internationally to your address in the United States, with all import duties and tariffs prepaid and included in the order price.
Transfer of risk: Risk passes to you upon delivery; ownership passes upon full payment.
Carrier delays: LMTrade is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect address: You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address at checkout.
Returns & Intellectual Property
30-day return right
We offer a 30-day return right from delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. This is in addition to any statutory consumer guarantees available to you under applicable U.S. federal and state law — see our U.S. Consumer Protection Law page for details.

What you may not do
- Reproduce content without permission
- Use our name or logo commercially
- Scrape or republish content
Limitation of Liability
The Website is provided „as is“ without warranties, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We are not liable for
- indirect or consequential damages
- lost profit or data loss
- delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs
- addresses provided incorrectly by you
This does not affect
- your statutory consumer rights under applicable U.S. federal and state law
- liability for negligence or intent
- liability for fraud
Our total liability is limited to the order value.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total price paid for the relevant product(s).
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Dutch law applies, alongside your mandatory U.S. consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your U.S. state of residence provides otherwise.
